Don’t stress over content writing.
Let a professional writer handle it.
Then go to the beach!
But don’t stay too long…
…you’ll have a thriving business to run.

Oh, and please, for your own sake, don’t let Chat GPT or any other A.I. do your writing for you.

Because you won’t have any uniqueness or audience engagement. Human connections are still critical to your business.

So, are there any unfinished or unstarted writing projects nagging at you? Costing you opportunities?

Call me.

Well, maybe not if it’s 3 am.

And not if it’s dark outside.

And if the sun just came up...

...give it some time to wake up

and eat something.

So if the time is right, here’s my number:

Any other time, here’s my email:

You could also text the above number,

but know that it will cause my phone

to make a semi-loud noise.

About Us

Content is not king.

It's a heartless dictator that decides the fate of your marketing efforts.

I'm here to make the dictator love you.

When I write content, I use all that I've learned

in a lifetime of marketing...

...about how to make your customers love you.

So what does that mean for you?

For starters, I’ll know what you’re talking about. Giving direction will be easy. Then I’ll try to learn everything about your strategy. What contributes to your success? And I might come up with a few helpful ideas for you.

The finished product will be engaging and compelling content. And it will be turn-key. You won’t have to do a lot of editing or re-writing.

The copy will be interesting, readable, and clear. I'll try to put a little personality into it, so it makes friends with your readers...and appropriate for the medium. And you won't pay more for my extra effort, because I want to deliver value for you. I know. I've been there.

If you do let me write for you, I'll make a big issue of writing for the reader. Engage the reader. Why should they buy from, donate to, or just hang out with you?

Blog Posts/eBOOK
DeLoach Sotheby’s International Realty

The good people at DeLoach Sotheby’s International Realty on St. Simons Island wanted to share as much useful information as possible about this special part of the world we call the Golden Isles. So over a period of several months, I wrote weekly blog posts for their website. Here they are repurposed into an eBook, Life in the Golden Isles.

History Tour Guide

Voices from the Civil War: The creators of a story-telling program about lesser-known people and events surrounding the Civil War needed a piece to tell their own story. So we crafted a summary designed to evoke curiosity and requests for more info.
Lucky Savannah Vacation Rentals
(Home Page Copy)

Already the leading vacation rental company in town, Lucky Savannah wanted to expand the market for vacation home rentals and craft a value proposition that would sustain their brand through economic fluctuations and unforeseen external threats.

King & Prince Seafood

Always on the lookout for ways to add value
for their customers, King & Prince Seafood recognized several years ago that Millennials had a strong preference for seafood. So they asked me to write copy for an eBook that
would help their restaurant customers engage with Millennials and find creative ways to attract them by adding some interesting seafood options.
Creating Engaging Content

We were asked to give a workshop on marketing content writing by the University of Georgia Small Business Development Center. It was an interactive session, and we wrote this presentation to guide the discussion and serve as a handout.
Science Fiction Theatre

A client needed some help crafting a novel        entertainment program designed for residents of senior living facilities. In honor of      President’s Day, they planned to perform a live re-enactment of a classic 1940’s era radio theatre. What would happen, they asked, if George Washington could somehow visit with Abraham Lincoln? What would they talk about?

After settling on the concept and some early setup dialogue, they asked me to complete the rest of the script. It was a fun project, and very well received by the audiences.
